Role play is one of the best ways to practice communication and other ways to engage with others. It's part of several of our collaboration workouts, including Challenging Conversations and Playing with Status.
It's a great way of building empathy. For example, the Bok Players use improv and role play to train people in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
